9. Cancellations You may cancel your booking at any time before the delivery process starts. If we detect any fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your order and restrict access to our Services.
10. Return & Refund Policy We offer a "no questions asked" return policy. If you are unsatisfied with the product upon delivery, you may return it, and we will issue a refund through the same mode of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
11. Shipping & Delivery You can expect to receive your order based on the delivery option you choose. We offer free shipping for orders above ₹150. Our delivery hours are between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and orders can be placed 24/7 via the app or website.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Chennai.
